The Phoenix Project

I do realize I read these out of order but I had to go back and reread The Phoenix Project after I finished the follow-up The Unicorn Project. When I first encountered this book several years ago, it introduced me to many of the core concepts of DevOps. I’ve since developed a better understanding and interest in how I can utilize Lean manufacturing concepts in software delivery. While sometimes dated and less software-focused than Unicorn, this is still a great novel with countless valuable (and all-to-familiar) anecdotes.
