I’d been wanting to pick this up since it was referenced in a few finance courses during my MBA studies. For me, the most interesting parts were the beginning, which chronicled Nabisco and Reynold’s history and rise to prominence as one of America’s biggest corporations and the ending, which told how the combined companies were crippled by debt and litigation after the LBO. Albeit, the characters and drama of the negotiation throughout the middle was both entertaining and gripping.
